When I gave up full time work I decided to invest in a new toy: a Bavaria 47 Cruiser. She is called Dolcetto, an Italian word meaning "Little Sweet One". But although she is sweet, she is by no means little. At over 47 feet long, and with around ten berths, she sleeps more than the average house.

She currently has a berth near Split in Croatia. Soon to be moving back to Lefkas Marina, in the Greek Ionian area of the Mediterranean, on-route to the Aegean Sea in the summer of 2009. Although mainly for our own use, we occasionally make it available to discerning parties (of up to ten) for bespoke yachting holidays. For more details, see the Dolcetto web site.
